Crankshafts
All crankshafts are thermally cleaned and stress relieved then magnafluxed and checked fro defects. They are then straightened and ground on the center line of the shaft and micro-polished to a finish of 8-12 RMS. All crankshafts are precision ground to meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Cylinder Heads
All heads are thermally cleaned and stress relieved then magnafluxed and checked for defects. All valve seats are machined and ground with a 3 angle valve job and assembled with new valve seals. Valve guides are then replaced when needed, remanufactured or new valves are used, valve springs are cleaned, tested and VSI shims are used. All heads are resurfaced to a finish of 4-6 RMS to meet today's demanding sealing requirements.

Blocks
All blocks are thermally cleaned, stress relieved and magnufluxed. Blocks are then inspected for broken ears, bolts and hot or spun main bearings. The block is then bored to the proper specifications of the ring and piston manufactures with a finish of 25-30 RMS. Before assembly, the block is then washed in a hot soapy water solution and inspected a final time.
